What we collect

When you reserve: your name, mobile number, delivery address, landmark, notes, payment preference, and the sizes you chose. Optionally your Instagram handle and email. We also record which link brought you here (UTM tags) so we know what is working.

Why

To contact you, arrange payment and deliver your order. We use your phone number first, and Instagram if you gave a handle.

Where it lives

Orders are stored in a private Google Sheet that only we can open. The public reserved counter shows totals only, never anyone's details. Looking up a reservation needs both the order number and the phone number.

On your device

Your cart, your last orders and your light or night mode choice are saved in your browser so the site works. Clearing your browser data removes them.

Ads and analytics

If we turn on the Meta or TikTok pixel, they may receive standard page and event data, such as viewing the product or reserving. They do not receive your name or phone number from us.

Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share your name, phone and address with a delivery partner only to deliver your order.

Deleting your data

Cancel on My reservation and tell us when we contact you that you want your details deleted, and we will delete them.
